At RiseWise Capital, the core product is loan disbursement through Cicago Commodities Pvt. Ltd.. Therefore, there is no relevance to refunds or returns of goods/services. The policies outlined below apply specifically to loan repayments, late fees, and related charges.
1. Loan Repayment
All loan repayments are governed strictly by the individual loan agreement executed between the loanee and Cicago Commodities Pvt. Ltd. Please refer to the “Document Section” on our website for detailed repayment terms and conditions.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
There will be no refund, exchange, or replacement of any complimentary items, promotional material, coupons, or free benefits provided by RiseWise Capital during the course of the loan tenure.
3. Refund of Late Fees or Charges
In rare cases where late fees or charges are applied and subsequently approved for reversal by the RiseWise Loan Department, such refunds will be processed in the form of:
- A credit note, or
- An equivalent credit adjustment to the loanee’s loan account, reducing the outstanding amount payable.
At the end of the loan tenure, any differential excess amount of refund approved (if applicable) will be credited to the loanee’s registered bank account within 30 working days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund has been approved but not received, please follow the steps below:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.
